The history of the vines and wine of Pico reaches back over 500 years to a vine planted in volcanic lava and protected by stone walls. Classified as UNESCO World Heritage since 2004.
The itinerary may differ in accordance with client preferences, and the costs depend both on the route chosen, and the producer selected for the tastings.

The Azores are volcanic islands that arose from the depths of the North Atlantic and the island of Pico is the most recently, formed around 300,000 years ago.
The itineraries may be either half-day or full-day according to your preference. Similarly, this may or may not include a visit to the Torres cave depending on availability in keeping with the large number of visitors there, especially during peak summer months.

Whaling in the Azores stretches back to the 18th century; and for a long period of time was the most important source of income to the Azoreans, and especially as a means of supplementing household incomes.
The itineraries are drafted in accordance with client preferences, although in this case visiting the Whaling and Whale Industry Museum is crucial.
